Lisa Warner is an enthusiastic and positive personality and a mother to four teenagers. She is on a mission to get families talking and believes that great family communication strengthens relationships and enables parents to raise confident, positive and sociable children. Lisa considers that taking responsibility for our own behavior and that of our children is empowering and believes that to bring about change we must take action. Lisa, once a teenage mum and housewife, turned social entrepreneur, is a believer in human potential, she has an inspirational and motivational spirit that is enthusiastic and positive about children, families and the communities we live in. She founded Fink (Family Interaction Nurtures Kids) in 2008 to produce a range of innovate products that are designed to get families talking.

Sarah Newton is passionate about creating a different future for our young people and she believes that Parents can and should play a huge role in this. A recognised thought leader in this field, Sarah is passionate about presenting her thinking and ideas in practical and useful ways that allow people to guide the behaviour of the next generation without crushing their spirits. Sarah believes that parents can and should have impact and influence on their children and with engaging, though provoking communication, families can impact not only their own lives but the world as a whole.
Regularly appearing in the media, Sarah is best known for her 8-part TV series, ‘My Teen’s a nightmare – I’m moving out!’. She’s been seen by 1 in 4 UK television viewers. Sarah’s approach is authentic, loving, firm, and compassionate – she is not looking to place blame or to shame anyone into change. She incorporates equal parts of sensitivity, wonder, common sense, and humour to touch people’s lives.
