the sun1 300x101 Top study tips to motivate teens“Most teenagers don’t start studying for the simple reason that they don’t know how to organise themselves,” says TV’s Teen Coach Sarah Newton.

“So they need a realistic study plan. Sessions are best kept to 25 minute blocks with breaks in between. They also need to make the the link between revision and where they want to be, so they understand why it matters.”
